HKeacc carries out its mission adhering to the following objectives:

To educate individual trustees and boards on matters that affects their institutional oversight responsibilities

To promote wider understanding of and appreciation for citizen leadership and lay governance as the only effective ways to ensure the quality and independence of higher education

To advance the philosophy that all elected or appointed trustees serve in the public trust and should consider themselves trustees of higher education as a whole

To strengthen the relationship between trustees and chief executives in the fulfillment of their distinct yet complementary responsibilities

To stimulate cooperation with public-policy makers, government agencies, and private organizations that have a stake in the effective governance and quality of colleges and universities

To identify and study emerging public-policy issues of concern to higher education by providing forums for their discussion and by encouraging appropriate member initiative.



Graduation Ceremony

The Graduation Ceremony will be held in Hong Kong or in any other countries that the students need.

The graduation ceremony will be held with an official HKeacc ceremony. All University graduates who wish to get their diploma in an official graduation ceremony can attend . If the diploma has already been received by mail, It should be brought to the ceremony, and get it back in public event. Every student has the right to graduate in public once, although he or she may attend every ceremony. Graduates may invite as many guests as they wish to attend their graduation. Graduation Picture or Individual Ceremony

Each HKeacc local delegate office do have a set of graduation caps and gowns for any graduate who is desiring to take an individual graduation picture.
Many factors persuade and reveal the quality of education. HKeacc reviews the effectiveness of an institution¡¯s educational programs by evaluating the infrastructure that supports the delivery of programs as well as educational results, including student achievement.
Eligibility:
To be eligible for HKeacc accreditation, an institution must be legally established, licensed by the state or government. To demonstrate financial stability, the school must have been in continuous operation for a minimum of 2 year prior to application for accreditation and have graduated at least one class of students from its longest program.
The institute should submit Self Evaluation Report, The SER includes questions related to all phases of an institution¡¯s operation.
